Join our BRAND NEW 2-Week Online TV/Film Intensive with Casting Associate Danny Gordon!

This is a scene study class for actors 16 years old and up. This will be a live, interactive class with a Q&A and feedback from Danny. You will be able to download the recordings of your performances for educational purposes and send us your headshot, resume, acting reel, and anything else you want Danny to see.

Originally from NY, Danny attended Syracuse University where he received a BFA in Drama with an emphasis in directing.  He went on to assist avant-garde theatre legend Richard Foreman on Deep Trance Behavior in Potatoland, Tony Award Winner Michael Mayer on The Drama League’s A Musical Tribute to Angela Lansbury, and Gabriel Barre on workshops of Frank Wildhorn’s Tears from Heaven and Carmen.  He directed and executive produced Kate Pazakis Unzipped: Live at the Zipper at the late Zipper Factory in NYC.  The recording of the show is preserved by PS Classics with additional material by composer Jason Robert Brown.  In LA he produced Ryan Raftery is the Most Powerful Woman in Fashion at The Rockwell, re-conceived and directed a staged reading of I Am My Own Wife with an ensemble cast of transgender and non-binary actors with the support of Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Doug Wright.  For his work on reimagining this play, Danny received the Transgender Arts Initiative Grant through the city of West Hollywood.  Most recently he adapted and directed Eugene Ionesco’s Exit the King starring Drew Droege at the Mimoda Studio as a benefit for the ACLU.  Danny currently works as a casting associate at both Rachel Tenner Casting and CL/CK Casting.

*Danny's listed credits include his experience as a casting associate and assistant, not a casting director.*
