For Acting Reel classes, we require a full 7-day-notice in order to receive credit. If you are eligible to receive credit for your cancellation, we will give you a code with your full credit that you can apply at checkout for your next purchase. \

You are also welcome to use your own scene, but you must first send us your scene for approval. Note that for some of our classes, our coaches will assign
scenes to you.

For most classes, we do provide the recording of your class performance. In many cases, we do NOT provide any footage of the coaches as some of our coaches do not want to be recorded. So you should expect to only see performances on the recordings. These recordings are done for free and as a courtesy to the actors and we do NOT guarantee this footage will be delivered for any class.

For the classes that we deliver these recordings to our actors, you can expect to receive the recordings of your performances within 14 days after your last class. Note that we host recordings for 1 month before permanently deleting them so make sure you download your recordings as soon as you receive them.

PLEASE NOTE: Recordings from class are a FREE service that we offer as a courtesy. They are NOT automatically included in any class.

We typically have a 3 week turnaround time to deliver each acting reel. Please allow extra time if there are any unforeseen circumstances that out of our control.

We respect our coaches privacy. Acting & Voice Studios does not give out the addresses, emails or phone numbers of our coaches. We recommend doing your own internet searches and/or using services like IMDbPro.com to find this information.

Yes we do! When a class is sold out and you want to be added to the waitlist, please call us at 347-947-5737 or email us at info@actingandvoicestudios.com. Each actor will add you to the waitlist in the order that they contacted us. If spaces become available for that class, we will contact the actors on the waitlist in the order that they joined.

Absolutely! We have many great beginner classes. Our classes have various levels of required experience. Please check the Requirements tab of the class you are considering before purchasing. Yes, we offer two types of payment plans. We’re now offering AVS Payment Plans where you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments directly through AVS. Please note the purchase must be over $500 and all payments must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the purchased program.
